6 month babies are too so dang cute. I love capturing their happy 6 month old selves. They are chunky, and smiley, and so happy. Kennady is about to be a big sister and I can’t wait to see what little sis will look like.

It had been YEARS since I shot here and I felt like a rediscovered a really great spot for family photos or maternity. So, we decided on NCAR in Boulder for Hannah’s 6 month photos. It was a gorgeous fall day and I fell in love with the flatiron views at this spot.
These two are from Georgia but were having a babymoon in Breckenridge. Perfect spot for some maternity photos in the Rocky Mountains, right? So we wandered around downtown a little and then headed up to Boras Pass. The golden, gorgeous light that filtered through the trees on the pass was my favorite.
The fog kept rolling in as soon as I arrived and it just got more and more foggy throughout our session. We weren’t sure if we should go ahead with the session, but we decided to go ahead and just try it. I promised we could reschedule if it was awful. It had just snowed the day before so the tree had a dusting of snow on everything plus the fog = pretty magical. I’m so glad we went ahead with the session and I love the images we got. It was so fun to have something a little different since Colorado is usually pretty sunny. Kori chose to have some pops of red. I love her bright red cardigan and her burgundy dress with the snow.
Email me if you’d like to schedule your Denver winter maternity session!
Ohhh my gosh, how cute is this little babe?? We did some fruit bath photos with Evelyn because, well, why wouldn’t you? One of the cutest trends in the past couple of years, I think. So, we did strawberries and then switched those out for some oranges and lemons. I’m ready for spring/summer and ready to capture more of these.
